Freya White
Yoga I Yin I Pilates I Barre
Freya first discovered yoga while researching spiritual philosophy and was immediately attracted to the subtle practices & mental aspect of yoga. A deep yearning to learn more inspired Freya to travel to Sampoorna Yoga Institute in India, to begin her yoga teacher training journey in the traditional Ashtanga Yoga lineage. Still feeling the need to deepen her knowledge, led Freya to Costa Rica for a 300 hr advanced yoga teacher training in Hatha Yoga.
Freya’s knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics, enhanced by her nursing background, led her to expand her field of training to the mindful movement practice of Pilates, where she studied over 300 hours in both Mat and Barre Pilates throughout Bali and Australia.
As a devoted yoga practitioner and teacher, Freya has a passion for continually learning and deepening her knowledge. This has since seen her complete further training in Yin yoga, pre / post natal yoga and an advanced teacher training in the subtle practices of meditation, pranayama and mantra, with her ultimate goal being achieved by bringing Mahāna yoga loft to life, so she and other like-minded teachers can share their passion with the community. Needless to say, her yoga classes are influenced and infused by Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin yoga, and although they are sequenced to challenge she endeavours for you to leave her class with a sense of calmness.
With a practice that has developed over nearly a decade, Freya had the feeling she had found her calling, the moment she stepped onto her mat.
Jenna Mueller
Pilates I Barre I Yoga
Falling in love with her yoga practice after a 15 year career in competitive gymnastics, Jenna began to see the transformation both mentally and physically and wanted to deepen her practice in hopes to share this passion with others around the world.
In June 2016 she completed her vinyasa focused teacher training with CorePower Yoga in Chicago and began teaching yoga and fitness classes at local studios before embarking on a journey to train, teach, and travel throughout Australia, India, Maldives and New Zealand.
She is passionate about combining Yoga and Fitness to discover your best self with classes designed to strengthen the mind and body! Off the mat you can find Jenna out surfing, cruising around on her bike, or in the kitchen whipping up a plant based concoction!
Tiffany Delporte
Yoga I Yin
Tiffany started her yoga teaching journey at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in Kerala, South India, she attended an intense month long program for a 200 hour certification. “This complete immersion into the Ashram was a profoundly life changing experience allowing me to develop my own self-practice in all aspects of yoga, not just asana (postures)”. Then a few months later she found a passion for Ashtanga yoga, completing a 200 hour course at the Samyama Yoga Academy in Bangalore and more recently practicing at the Jois Shala in Mysore.
She is very grateful to all her teachers and very much believes in what Larry Schultz taught, "You just walk in, you have fun, you breathe, you do what you can, you walk out and you pay attention to how you feel". After training in India she has discovered a true love and connection with yoga, which she loves sharing with each and every student.
Tiffany’s classes will be manly focused around linking the body and breath to every movement. In her classes you will explore your body and help find stillness in the mind. “For me, yoga is about self exploration. It creates internal balance and promotes overall health. Yoga has influenced my life on a physical, mental and spiritual level, and it can produce the same results to anyone”. She would love to share her experiences to help people feel the benefits of yoga, on and off the mat.
Stephanie Robertson
Yoga I Yin
Stephanie’s passion for yoga is based in her background in dance. After dancing for 20 plus years she decided to try her first yoga class, and found a profound connection not only to the physical side of yoga but to the spiritual as well.
Stephanie has an E-RYT 500 and a Level 1 Kundalini Certification through Yoga Alliance, and has been teaching since 2010. She has experience in several styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Kids Yoga, and Kundalini. Through yoga postures and breathing techniques Stephanie’s classes will help you to improve your strength, flexibility, and body awareness. She believes that people of all ages and skill levels can practice yoga, and her classes provide a healing environment in which anyone is welcome.
Yoga and meditation are a part of Stephanie’s everyday life, and she wants nothing more than to help others realize the benefits of the practice. When she’s not teaching, Stephanie loves to mountain bike, cook, and go on travel adventures with her husband and their dog.
