With a mission to live a passionate and authentic life that inspires learning and connections, it is hardly surprising that Freya’s journey led her to opening Mahana.

As a registered nurse, a kindness and compassion for helping others has always been a huge part of who Freya is. This developed naturally into a love for Yoga, Pilates and wellness, with the feeling she had found her calling as soon as she stepped onto the mat.

675 hours of Yoga, Yin and Barre training throughout India, Costa Rica, Bali and New Zealand has helped this yogi flourish, and cemented the dream to share wellness and happiness through her lessons.

This dream has cumulated into creating Mahana - a place where Freya seeks to inspire and create connections with like minded people.

One word: AMAZING! I passed through this studio on a casual pass and this space is so beautiful to practice at, I really didn’t want to leave. So welcoming and the classes suited to smaller numbers but could not recommend this studio enough. If you get the chance, check out their classes! They also have an array of goodies to check out. Thank You
