Freya is a Registered Nurse, Yoga, Pilates , Barre teacher and the owner of Mahana Yoga Loft. She naturally developed a love for Yoga, Pilates and wellness nearly over a decade ago, with the feeling she had found her calling as soon as she stepped onto the mat.
825 hours of Yoga, Yin, Barre and Pilates training throughout India, Costa Rica, Bali, Australia and New Zealand has helped this yogi flourish, and cemented the dream to share wellness and happiness through her lessons.
This dream has cumulated into creating Mahana - a place where Freya seeks to inspire and create connections with like minded people.
Yoga I Yin
Yogini Priya - Priya Leevers is a 430hr RYT yoga teacher from Margaret River, Western Australia. She has trained with Intuitive Flow Sanctuary for yoga and healing, Jo Phee (long term student and assistant to the founders of Yin Yoga, Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers) and more recently The Practice Bali.
Moving beyond illness through diet, meditation and a more accepting, loving approach to Yoga, Priya has emerged into a caring and respected teacher.
Priya is passionate about spiritual expansion, natural health, nutrition, meditation, healing and connection.
Priya offers Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Men's Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Pranayama. Her vision is to empower others to connect to their own innate divinity and ability to heal themselves.
Yoga I Yin
Tiffany started her yoga teaching journey at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in Kerala, South India, she attended an intense month long program for a 200 hour certification. “This complete immersion into the Ashram was a profoundly life changing experience allowing me to develop my own self-practice in all aspects of yoga, not just asana (postures)”. Then a few months later she found a passion for Ashtanga yoga, completing a 200 hour course at the Samyama Yoga Academy in Bangalore and more recently practicing at the Jois Shala in Mysore.
She is very grateful to all her teachers and very much believes in what Larry Schultz taught, "You just walk in, you have fun, you breathe, you do what you can, you walk out and you pay attention to how you feel". After training in India she has discovered a true love and connection with yoga, which she loves sharing with each and every student.
Tiffany’s classes will be manly focused around linking the body and breath to every movement. In her classes you will explore your body and help find stillness in the mind. “For me, yoga is about self exploration. It creates internal balance and promotes overall health. Yoga has influenced my life on a physical, mental and spiritual level, and it can produce the same results to anyone”. She would love to share her experiences to help people feel the benefits of yoga, on and off the mat.
Tara is a certified 200hr yoga instructor through the Blissology school of yoga with Eoin Finn, specialising in a Vinyasa practice. She sees yoga as a tool to create a better world. “As we become more deeply connected to ourselves it becomes clear that we are intrinsically connected to all other things on this planet. Cultivating a sense of kindness and compassion within all of our relationships”.
Having practiced yoga for over five years, yoga has helped Tara to become empowered in following her truth and living her purpose. She hopes through teaching that she will inspire others to do the same.
Tara grew up in the Bay of Plenty before moving to Wellington to study graphic design and travel the world. She is now proud to call Tauranga home and is also passionate about plant-based cooking, health, design, dancing and community.
Victoria was introduced to Yoga as a teen after she suddenly lost her Father to Heart Disease. Yoga helped lighten the darkness and consequently experienced its’ positive effects on profound levels.
She now desires to share this with you, so you too can have that experience and connect to your true potential within.
Yoga is about developing and enhancing perception and awareness, that then gets carried out into other daily tasks, ultimately creating positive societal change.
Once you begin this journey, its impossible to turn back.
Victoria trained with Ashram Yoga in classical Hatha yoga, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation.

Stella is a highly skilled and passionate Pilates, Barre and Yoga instructor who has trained and been mentored in various movement modalities since 2010 in Australia, Indonesia and NZ.
She started her career in Melbourne and took an adventuring leap to move to Bali 3 years ago where she had the opportunity to grow the Pilates and Barre community at The Canggu Studio, and offer movement/rehab training to the yogi/surfers.
Stella’s teaching style has evolved into an eclectic creative mix over the years from her love of Pilates, the continuing inspiration she gets from clients and the growing global movement community.
Her classes are challenging, fun and very effective, (she will make you discover muscle you never knew you had). She welcomes all levels into her classes from rehab/injured to the more advanced client, as she takes joy in guiding clients to achieve their goals within a positive and nurturing environment
