beginners yoga - 5 week block course
If your new to yoga or just want to learn the fundamentals then join us for a 5 week immersion into the practice of yoga. Designed specifically for the absolute beginner, this short introduction aims to show you that yoga is accessible to anyone and just how easy it can be to bring yoga into your everyday life.
Classes are designed to teach the basics and fundamentals of yoga with emphasise on proper alignment for a healthy, sustainable yoga practice.
You will see benefits on the physical, mental and emotional levels including:
Increased flexibility and mobility
Elevated energy, calmness and focus
Increased strength and toning
Decreased stress, anxiety and tensions
Suitable for any age and level of experience.

7.15pm - 8.15pm ( every Tuesday night for 5 weeks )
Unless otherwise specified in the workshop or event description, cancellations made up to 72 hours before the workshop or event will result in a full refund, less a $5 processing fee. No refunds are granted for cancellations made with less than 72-hour notice. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund. Mahana Yoga Loft reserves the right to cancel workshops or events, in which case a full refund will be granted to those registered.
