Yoga I Yin I Meditation

Caroline loves learning, practicing and sharing the introspective practices of yoga, meditation, and all they encompass.

She came along these practices during an internally challenging time in her life and has been amazed ever since of how these practices have such a positive influence on her life on and off the mat. Experiencing firsthand what has unravelled for her through these practices, Caroline felt deeply inspired to begin her teacher training journey so she could then teach and pass these profound practices onto others.

As Caroline continued to practice and teach she became more and more curious about not just the benefits of a physical asana practice but also a still seated practice. Caroline has since gone onto study and work alongside Claire Robbie at the School of Modern Meditation, learning to adopt a seated meditation practice and teach others to do the same.

Throughout Caroline’s classes, you may notice pockets of mindfulness and stillness intertwined with physical asana.

Her wish is to teach yoga and meditation in a way that feels accessible to others and to always encourage awareness of our internal world, learning to pay attention and befriend these parts that simply make us human!
