Yoga (200hr RYT)

Robyn began practising yoga years ago when she was studying performing arts in London and fell in love with it instantly. Learning an entirely new way to move the body with intention and self love.

She then began to introduce breathwork, meditation and journaling into her life and noticed how over time her entire wellbeing had changed and knew this was something she wanted to help others achieve. 

Her two biggest passions are travelling and yoga, so she left the UK and started her travels. Then when she finally settled down and found her home away from home in New Zealand, it felt like the perfect place to do her 200 hour YTT.

She loves making every student feel supported and encouraged during her class, to enjoy themselves and not worry about what we look like but move in a way that feels right instead.
